Christmas Day lunch with the family 2023. Poor parking facilities, No one on reception to greet, no one to take you to your table, poor service, considering this is Christmas day the food was lukewarm with not enough veg, no condiments on the table. I don't mind to wait between courses but waiting over an hour is a bit too long even though it's Christmas day. Craig Y Nos is a lovely castle that desperately needs renovation. You expect so much more especially at Christmas time, extremely poor.
